Office desk lady doesn’t know shit about insurance and was supper rude. She racially profiled me AS A BLACK WOMAN HERSELF. Cherisse is her name and I think she should be let go for this business sake.
Patty and Dr. Christie were incredibly helpful and took good care of me. They gave me quick service, good answers to my questions, and good recommendations for the future. As someone who is normally scared of the dentist, they made the process easy.
Incredibly frustrating experience that has degraded over the past four years. Poor communication, especially around insurance and appointments; they do not respect their client's time. Do not trust verbal assurances, get things in writing and document who you were talking to. I no longer trust them with my family.
Dishonest about insurance. Do not advertise that you accept Medicaid plans if you don't accept Medicaid plans!
The dentist I saw was very pessimistic. Because I am on a bone medication he said you may wind up in a wheelchair. It was unbelievable
