Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and they never arrived payment taken from my card. No comms on whether the bouquet was able to be done or not, as it was a last minute order, ordered on September 19th, for delivery on the 21st, which i totally would have understood if the order was unable to be completed in a short time frame. But the lack of communication and more so the lack of flowers is really sad. Have ordered flowers from here in the past and never had an issue. ☹️
