I had a great experience with this florist! I placed an order at the last minute but they were very accommodating. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous!
If I could give this business 0 STARS, that would be more than they deserve. Ordered Valentines flowers from this company and had the worst customer service anyone could ever imagine. I will make sure all of my friends and neighbors avoid this florist.
This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a florist in my entire life. I ordered flowers well in advance and they were never delivered, no cancellation notice, or anything. I never requested a cancellation of my order. The employee wanted to charge me additional delivery money for a requested delivery time before lunch. What a rip-off , scamming, excuse for a business. I will NEVER order from this place again. Employees need some intensive customer service training, very unprofessional at best. Go elsewhere.....
