We built with Flower and Fendler for the second time and closed just a few weeks back. Our experience has been amazing. Both times! Mike and Samantha are the reason! We couldn’t have asked for two more caring professionals. They treated us like family. That means a lot in today’s world. We highly recommend Flower and Fendler homes. This is strictly an individual obversation on a beautiful piece of land 2.99 acres that Flower and Fendler plan to built 8 houses on in Maryland Heights. Looking at the plans and not being an engineer my first question would be how much excavation are you going to have to do on the East side Pheasant Run Drive will the elevation change to place 8 houses and with entrace off Ameling. Currently building with Flower and Fendler and have had a very pleasant experience thus far. Every employee or contractor that we have dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable and worked with us in a fair manor. Samantha, the sales rep, has made this process much less stressful than I originally thought it would be. We are VERY happy with our decision! UPDATE: We are all moved in and couldn’t be happier. Sam (sales), Mike (project manager), and the entire team have been amazing. Highly recommend using Flower and Fendler!
