I had a last minute, lower budget order that Flower21 was able to accommodate and I couldn’t be more appreciative! The arrangements were exactly what my client needed and wanted. In addition, on the day of the event, I reached out to Flower21 because my client pushed up the start time of their event. The owner came to the shop and met me before opening - I didn’t expect it, but they did, and that level of service just kind of blew me away. They will be my florist of choice moving forward for events in Chicago!

Stopped in to buy a bouquet for my wife’s birthday on Tuesday 2/25 at about 5:30 PM. For the price paid for this bouquet and it being almost fully dead by Friday 2/28 at 2pm, I have to give this place one star and tell others to avoid. I am new to the area and previously bought flowers from (and had my expectations set by) Pesches in Des Plaines and Busse Flowers in Mount Prospect, both of which have always provided bouquets that easily last a week plus at a better price point.
