We bought a VW here and it was the best service experience. We flew in from WA and they picked us up from airport. The paperwork took less than 1 hour and we on our way. No hassle on the price and it was priced as advertised (way below and AWD in WA.) We finance at 4% because it was a year used. We love our service here at Flow VW and are considering flying over here again to get our next vehicle highly recommend
Not your typical Porsche dealer that you’re used to. I’ve bought over a dozen Porsche’s and never been treated so cold and uninterested like I did here. No effort whatsoever from the sales manager to even attempt to get a deal done. And then Wanted to enter a waiting list and no response at all. Really disappointed.
Flow Audi in Charlottesville is phenomenal. Josh is a stellar service department liaison. My Audi q5 had a lot of problems and they were able to fix everything. They provide loner cars and keep you up to date on car repair progress. Very knowledgeable. Josh also works hard to find warranty-covered options to save you money. I highly recommend!
Terrible service would not recommend. The state safety inspection is a scam, they don’t site actual details they just try to sell parts and service. I am going to contact Virginia State inspections In Richmond VA.
