I bought my first Volvo from the Greensboro dealership in 2003 off the showroom floor. I have since purchased 3 more Volvo cars. Every car has been serviced at this service center for 24 years as per Volvo recommendation. My 2015 XC 60 started burning oil so I took it in for service. I was told that this model car has a manufacturer defect with faulty pistons. Was actually a recall for this problem. 8 years or 100,000 miles. My car is over 8 years, but under 100,000 miles. I have been a Volvo customer since 1979. I have received mostly good service from all the Volvo dealerships until now. Today at the Flow Volvo dealership just opened in November, I had an appointment to have them look at two small things that needed fixing. I have never had to do this before; I just took the car, told them what was wrong and they fixed it. Today I waited 2.5 hours and they never got to my car. My wife and I had a fantastic experience buying a preowned 2022 Hyundai Palisade at Volvo Greensboro. The two sales persons and the general manager all treated us kindly and patiently. They were a joy to deal with. They even followed up with a couple of calls in the weeks following our purchase. They were easy to negotiate with, and I believe we got great car at a very good price. If you are in the market for a car, I would highly recommend you checking them out.
