This dealership would be perfect if they only didn’t have a service department. It doesn’t matter if you’ve bought multiple cars from them(3 in our case) or not, they continually provide incompetent service. They refuse to return phone calls when they say they will and if you’re lucky enough to actually get your car back, they’ll break something else while they have it. This one star is specifically for Christina and Isa, who unfortunately had to bear the brunt of my frustration and took care rest get the story below. I visited for a recall fix, and enroute, my TPMS alerted that all tires were losing pressure. I informed Isa, the service advisor, who assured me she would notify the team. A few hours later, I was sent photos indicating just one punctured tire, which I approved for replacement. I loved the dealership on Wendover. They were purchased by someone and they were still fine. Flow Volvo purchased and relocated. I shall never deal with them again. I will drive to Burlington before I will ever turn into any Flow dealership. Th is is because when dealing with the service department you get transferred to Winston-Salem. Treating repeat purchaser the way they do is unacceptable.
