Flow VW is a corrupt business in Wilmington! They convinced me to buy 4 new tires(they told me it was imperative to do so). I knew better, but did it anyway…they know best, right? Then they said I needed all new brakes- as metal was rubbing on metal. I knew then that they just rip people off &left. Dean Wentzel is your man when it comes for sales of a VW in Wilmington! I have bought 3 VWs from from Wilmington Volkswagen 2 of them which were from Dean (Golf R and GTI) and received the best sales experience and knowledge from him. Went in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. They noticed a nail in my tire while inspecting my car. Dan the service guy was extremely helpful. I decided to look at trade options and Dean Wentzel was an amazing help. I ended up trading in my car for a SUV. Dean made all the steps completely stress free.
