Told us we needed to replace our brakes. Took our car to another mechanic and they said no issues with our breaks whatsoever. Since then we have heard nothing but bad things about Flow.
Brought in a 2018 VW Tiguan with an oil leak and rough idling. They gave no explanation for what had or could have actually caused the problems. Upon my further research, it looks like these VW Tiguans have a tendency to wear out the tensioners on the timing chains. So, could have been something as simple as a tensioner that needed replaced. But instead, the issues were not investigated further and the service department immediately escalated to "replace the entire engine and turbo" for an outrageous price. To add insult to ... read more
