I had the pleasure of buying a car at Burlington VW, and I have nothing but positive things to say. Sam Cheek helped us from the very beginning, and he was attentive, honest and informed. He was patient and answered all our questions and requests to test drive the vehicle more than once. He even took the time to follow up after we had the vehicle for a few weeks. All around a great experience and Sam is a pro! I would ask for him personally if you are considering a VW!
If you spend $200 for a key, and $160 to have it programmed, it should actually work. When it doesn’t, and you call and then get hung up on you realize you are dealing with folks who really don’t care. Horrible service.

The most worse service I ever encounter. They knew that what service I had done also needed a tire that caused some of my troubles and did say I needed brak service but their price to do that was over 500.00 ridiculous and could been done for less ,which I took my car elsewhere and was done correctly and much cheaper price .never take your vehicle to car dealership prices too expensive.
