Today was the second time I arrived at this location for warrantee coverage and was turned away. The first time: "Somebody was supposed to call you." Today was "The person who scheduled the appointment lied to you both about the needed part availability and about the amount of time the repair would take." I think they deserve 1 star, but the friendly people on location understood my frustration and did what they could to resolve the issue.
