We select VW service for all of our car needs. Donovan gives us exceptional service along with his knowledgeable coworkers. He is honest and trustworthy. I would not take my car anywhere else but Flow Volkswagen of Greensboro.
To walk in, to be addressed and told we nothing about why your here or what you need. To give that information and still be sent away is unreal. Between the service writer and the service manager the interaction was very disappointing and embarrassing feeling, felt like I was dismissed and laughed about while I walked away. Today was the second time I arrived at this location for warrantee coverage and was turned away. The first time: "Somebody was supposed to call you." Today was "The person who scheduled the appointment lied to you both about the needed part availability and about the amount of time the repair would take." I think they deserve 1 star, but the friendly people on location understood my frustration and did what they could to resolve the issue.
