The service department is hit or miss. I've experienced both sides. My latest experience was very poor. First they gave me an estimate and then when actually time to pay, the bill was $35 over the estimate. Second, my car was in the service bay and ready for me to drive off but it took over 30 minutes for the service advisor to get the paperwork done. However there was a second service advisor there just sitting around doing nothing. I understand that service advisors work off commission, but when the wait is this long... read more
This is the worst car shop in Greensboro. It cheat on me for a charge of $390 only for car examination (there was no any services involved). Be careful.
Bought a 2017 VW convertible in December. Car is great, enjoy the ride. Our salesman, Z Man, was terrific. Helped in every way. Betty Davis in finance handled paper work very professionally. All in all a great experience.
The short, They forgot to tighten the bolts to my drive axle during a repair causing it to fall off while driving. They then continued to downplay the severity of there mistake (the service manager said he couldn't see how losing power to the car when a driveshaft fell out could be dangerous) and then were unbelievably slow (considering the circumstances) with getting my car fixed and back to me.
