Dismissive, tried to get me to pay for diagnostics even though I knew what was wrong and requested the appropriate repairs. Paid ~$40 at the parts desk, fixed it myself, and then they emailed me to say I missed my appt. What a joke.
Wife asked me to take her car to Flow VW dealer for a recall appt. She meant Burlington but I drove to Durham. Regardless, Hector got me in and back out 90 minutes later. Thank You Hector and the service tech!
Bottom line: Outright incorrect documentation leading to safety risk, claims to have completed repairs when no work was done, and dismissive management leaving issues unresolved. During a routine service appointment (prior to my warranty expiring), my rear brake pads were documented as 5 mm (left) / 4 mm (right); in other words, normal.
