While making a drive from Wilmington up to Philly, my car started making the most awful noise and began overheating. A different dealership whose name I’ll omit had done my 30k service the day prior (and had made a pretty awful mistake). Not reliable
Dismissive, tried to get me to pay for diagnostics even though I knew what was wrong and requested the appropriate repairs. Paid ~$40 at the parts desk, fixed it myself, and then they emailed me to say I missed my appt. What a joke.
