Service advisor John is very professional , he is always responsive and informative . John informed me about everything going on with my vehicle . Service is very quick and on point . I get in and get out with no delay . If you need loaner John gives you one , if you need uber John calls you one . John is the man if your car needs service .
FRONT ACC (CRUISE ) AND MIRROR REPLACEMENT. —Clean and friendly enough place. While I appreciate those two things, the reason I take my car there is to be diagnosed and repaired professionally and within a reasonable price range. Unfortunately that’s not what I have experienced at this service department. 2017 Jetta rearview mirror came unglued and feel off. after a few failed attempts to reattach myself, I took it in along with the mirror that had fallen off. Excellent customer service, free coffee and snacks, and yes, clean restrooms... Very comfortable enviroment, if you have to wait... Everything is explained in detail, up front... Porsche, Audi, and VW, Sales, and real service*** Very efficient, Enjoyed my service visit*
First, the good part. The service center and its employees are first-rate in courtesy, cleanliness, and appearance. We made an appointment for an oil change and an air bag error light. The charge for the diagnostics on the airbag error alone was $190. To fix it would be over $300. While we waited, the mechanic came up with over $5K of "recommended" services. The car is 5 years old, has less than 70K miles on it, and has had all the recommended factory service, so I doubt it is in this dire condition. We had them change the o... read more
