We have been taking our daughter to this ninja gym for quite some time now. It has been nothing but good experience and fun. The instructors are very thoughtful and provide a fun and safe environment for the kids. We even had the owner build a personal ninja rig at our home. Highly recommend for adults and children to blow off some steam and to get a great workout.

My boys have been doing day camps at Flow Vault for a few years and absolutely love it! Coach Mel and Coach Jason are always welcoming and make their time at the gym a positive experience that builds there confidence a bit at a time.

Coach Mel was absolutely incredible! She was so patient and understanding with my children who have never done parkour type activities before. Couldn’t recommend this spot and their camps enough!
