What a great gym! I'm very impressed with the homeschool class. To have all levels, and to keep all the kids engaged and working on their skills is not easy, and every class the coaches accomplish this feat. A+ Cat (kid) Wranglers. I'm very happy we found Flow Vault!
This is easily the best parkour gym in Colorado and it has the best coaches! Jason gives the best advice and is great at keeping the kids safe while still having fun!
All the coaches are great at Flow Vault, but our current favorite is Coach Jason. He is great at giving instructions and always have different parkour routines that are challenging and fun.
Flow Vault and its coaches are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! This is one of the best non-traditional “sports” you can do for your kid. The coaches are encouraging, engaged, and hold the kids accountable while helping them strive for their best. My child has gained confidence, strength, and this is one activity he begs to come do. I cannot rave enough about this place. Thank you!! They also have fun adult classes!
