My experience with the salon owner was great. I would only caution NATURAL hair women to be mindful of the chemicals used at the salon. My hair was chemically processed with what I believe was perm placed in the shampoo to allow for ease with styling for those working at the shampoo bowl. This practice led to chemical damage of my curls and since August 2025, I've experienced breakage and delayed damage. My hair has fell out and hasn't returned to its original state. Or curl pattern. Walking into this salon feels like entering a little sanctuary. Every visit is like a full experience of care, kindness, and beauty. The entire team is so sweet and loving. They take such incredible care of my hair, and I always leave feeling refreshed, pampered, and so much more confident. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, really clean, and thoughtfully designed. It's clear they put love into every detail. I couldn't recommend this salon more.
I’ve been coming to the Salon for a little over 10 years or more. I love this place. There’s nowhere else I’d go. There’s nowhere else I’d rather get my hair done then by these professionals at this wonderful Dominican hair Salon.
My hair has been damaged after two visits. The heat damage from using so much heat happens quickly! I've been natural for over 5 years now and have maintained my curl pattern. After only two visits, my curl pattern and hair is damaged. I wouldn't recommend for natural hair if you're trying to maintain healthy natural hair. I’ve been going here since I moved to the area in 2013. Over the years, the services offered and customer service has declined. Two years ago, I did the big chop after some extensive heat damage I came to the salon on Valentine’s Day to get a roller set and silk press. I’ve had it done on my natural hair plenty of times.
