Very knowledgeable; fast service
Maintanence for the year is reasonable. Tech did a great job. Was on task immediately.
The initial job was quoted, planned and scheduled decently. We had an outside contractor doing other work and certain things needed to be done before they could finish. We had four different employees come for different jobs each time. Minimal communication on when they were coming and how long they would be there. Two jobs had to be completely redone because they were done incorrectly. The communication from FlowTech after the work was done has been subpar at best.
