Garold did an amazing job, cleaned up the mess , quick response and walked us thru all the detail on our new water heater!!
We had a water heater that had been installed less then 3 yrs ago it failed n started leaking .We called to get estimates on replacement when sales rep came out he looked at unit and went the extra distance to contact manufacturer of unit and was able to get them to agree to warranty to replace unit .even though they did not install they went the extra mile to try n help us out.
