I initially called Hendrick Subaru Southpoint in Durham on 10/27/2025 to request a quote for a transmission replacement for my 2014 Outback. They refused to provide a quote unless they physically had the Outback. I called Flow Subaru of Burlington who immediately agreed and sent over two quotes for a rebuilt trans and a used trans that same day. Bryan was awesome. Five Star responsiveness in Burlington. I will exclusively do my Subaru business with Flow Subaru of Burlington going forward. Thank you, Bryan!!!
I brought my brand new Subaru in for the first service on 10/30. Once my car was ready, I was charged $130 for what was supposed to be a complimentary first service. I reminded the service department that the sales department promised me a first-time service was included for a new vehicle purchase. My car wasn't washed or brought back to me. Extremely overpriced, more than double other shops. But they give you a loaner car, friendly service, and they have the best diagnosis.
Been here about 6 times for work on my forester. Always friendly and professional.
