I am trying to contact the owners of Flow 8 palm beach who I believe are now located in Los Angeles to get a refund of my membership due to sudden closure without any notification . I hope they do the right thing by their clients and contact myself to rectify this situation.
Love it. Insanely stunning studio, brilliant team and a great combination of intuitive flow, zen, strength and movement innovation. Highly recommend.
After 4 weeks at Flow St8 my body is feeling stronger and more mobile! All the teachers are great and I like that they have slightly different styles and focuses. The mix of yoga, Pilates, strengthening, breath work etc is really smart and a great concept. I can genuinely recommend this gym!
