Flowst8 has changed my life. Walking in I almost had to have back surgery and riddled with anxiety. Flowst8 Glen Iris is my sanctuary. I’ve been training here for over 12 months now, and every time I walk in, I feel calm, focused and re-energised. Flowst8 is such a wonderful and welcoming community of people. Rhys and Marco have created such an authentic and genuine space with so many multi-disciplinary practices for you to explore. The recovery lounge is amazing....a proper hot traditional sauna and an epic cold plunge...the coldest I have yet to experience. The best! The studio is spacious and expansive and has such a Zen like quality....
