A hidden gem in the heart of Glen Iris. Flow St8 is unreal, every visit leaves me feeling sharper, calmer, and fully recharged. The space has a great atmosphere, the owners are super friendly, and the whole experience is the perfect way to recover and reset. Couldn’t recommend it more highly — absolutely love it.
Calming and relaxing studio, breath work classes are great and felt like a safe place to practise
Love the culture, trainers and facilities of Flowst8. My back/hip issues and mobility all continue to improve so that I can get back to boarding, hiking and sport! 10/10.
