The studio has a great vibe, it’s easy to see what a strong community Flowst8 has built. The staff and the other studio members were all friendly, welcoming and genuinely having fun! I attended a class, used the recovery facilities afterwards and saw they even have an in house osteopath!
I am so glad to have found Flow St8. I started taking their classes at the start of 2025 and have been a consistent client ever since. Their mixed modality approach is unique and I love that I get to move my body in different ways each class. All the instructors are lovely and eager to help you find variations of exercises that work for you. 10/10. As the Osteopath who works within FLOWST8, I get to see firsthand the standard this place operates at, and it’s honestly exceptional. Rhys has created a genuine sanctuary for health, movement, and recovery. The facilities are world-class, and the classes are incredibly well run and accessible for all levels, whether you’re just starting out or more experienced.
