I called in the morning and the same day, Jacob, came to Cordele in the pouring rain and took care of our problem. When you need a plumber, call Flow-Rite. You will glad you did.
This may be a long one so buckle up. I want to say first: JACOB (Jake) was the bomb. I hope he gets PTO time for every time I use his name. JACOB. We lost water at 11pm (possibly before...) Called flow right after confirming with city it wasn't my meter or a city water line issue. Called Flow Rite at 8:20am. Received a return call at 9:28am updating me that due to all the rain they are having to evaluate work etc. Since my leak was unknown origin, it would be hard to determine with torrential rain. I have been working with these guys for years and every time I got an issue they have always answered and been there for me. Specially Chance he's always trying to help and if he can't get to me he'll find someone to fix my issue. Definitely recommend giving them a call.
