Brent did an unbelievable job changing out a hot water heater for us in Chapel hill. He is a professional in the true sense of the word. In addition to the heater he also addressed and advised on several less critical issues that would have become major issues. I would recommend him, and Flow Rite, for absolutely any plumbing job you may have

If I could give zero stars I would. Not because of the work done but because of the exorbitant cost. I was absolutely appalled by what I was charged for a straightforward plumbing job. As they had been recommended by my counter top installers who arranged their services for me, no quote was offered. As a result, the owner, Mike, seemed to think he could take full advantage.
