I bought a Flow Rite remote drain plug for my bass boat over seven years ago. Great product and great service for replacing the labelling for flow direction.
Amazing order experience. Might be the most cordial, helpful company I have dealt with. Thank you Aaron!
Ms Carolina D. , Thank you so much for assistance for the o-rings for my 30 year old livewell system on my Stratos Bass Boat. Please don’t be alarmed because I’m using my wife’s IPhone. I will pass the word on if anyone else needs your help also. Bravo Zulu!! Respectfully, Johnny McGee
Excellent experience. Aaron listened to my issue & sent me new o-rings free of charge even though my system is out of warranty. I installed them & it solved my issue. Thank you Aaron for your assistance.
I want to start this review by saying how impressed I am with this company. I am local to their headquarters and called them for a replacement valve for my pump-out valve in the boat. Aaron answered the phone and was nothing but professional and quick with getting me the exact part that I needed. I would highly recommend working with them if you need any boating/battery needs. Definitely will be working with them in the future if I have any other boating issues!
