Professional, responsive, and prompt service provided by customer service representative Sam Spielmaker in dealing with an O-ring issue. With that said, the fact that the O-ring for my remote drain plug is a unique size and can't be easily purchased commercially I find troubling. While, when contacted, Sam immediately sent out a packet of replacement O-rings I happened to be in Canada. It is so refreshing to work with a company who Stands behind their products. I had an issue with a Flowrite Pro-Fill product and contacted the manufacturer. They were very responsive to my concerns, not to mention doing so in a very timely matter. They were also very inquisitive to the issue in an effort to always be open to making improvements to their products whenever posable.
