I had ordered the flow rite drain plug. It was missing a piece so I sent an email and right away Mr Aaron Richmond responded. I told him what happed and less than a week I got the missing piece. Thank you Mr Richmond for being so helpful and nice about it all
My on-line customer service experience with Flowrite was world class. The representative that helped me, Aaron Richmond, stayed in touch with me until my issue with the carrier service was resolved. Aaron represented Flowrite well in an area where so many merchants fall short: customer service. 5 stars all the way!!!!
