The technician was very professional and called prior to arrival. The installation of a water pressure valve took under an hour to install in a crawl space. I do feel the charge for the job was inflated. The cost was $ 512.00 with a senior discount having been taken off. The pressure valve can be bought at Home depot or Amazon for under $ 100.00.
