Flow Rheumatology was excellent! Gabby administered my injections — she was both knowledgeable and gentle, which made the experience very comfortable. I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the doctor was also highly knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.
Dr. Mark Freijat is THE most dismissive rheumatologist I’ve ever seen. The ACTUAL definition of gaslighting. He seems ‘real nice — until he literally calls & threatens the biopsy lab & forces them to CHANGE their analysis because he doesn’t “agree.” I DIDNT EVEN KNOW YOU COULD DO THAT?!? What??? I tried to believe he was helping my sister. But 3 appointments of ‘needing his help’ later… he told us she did. not. have any rheumatic disease & he wouldn’t help her… no follow-up needed. This place has a very comfortable setting. I did not feel like I was waiting long for my appointment and as soon as I was called in the doctor was quick and thorough in registering me. It's a great office, and my problems are as addressed as quickly when I arrive.
Flow is a really outstanding operation. Dr Freijat is great at working with you to find the best path forward. His office team is the best.
I was fortunate to find Dr. Freijat through my primary care physician and am thrilled with the care I have received. He is kind, patient, and understanding. I happy to say that I am his patient and have seen significant positive results with his care.
