They installed a 10,000 gallon tank for us. Great from start to finish. Detailed explanations of what to expect, exploration of various options to fine tune the system to our needs, etc., and we ended up with submersible pump, filters, UV treatment, etc. Everything went smoothly, and the tank filled quickly. A couple of minor glitches were dealt with very quickly and efficiently along the way, and we switched the whole house from San Marcos city water to rain a few weeks ago. I am so very excited about my new rain water system. Brandon did an outstanding job installing and problem solving each step of the way. I added the rain water system to my off grid cabin which was the best solution to being removed from power and water also. We now have a 1600 tank at the new house and 200 gallon tank at the cabin ,with running water to the shower and the cabin. Tim and the crew did an excellent job installing a 30,000 gallons system for our house. There was a small problem that arose a few weeks after completion and they handled the matter immediately. I’ve worked with plenty of contractors over the years who stop answering the phone after final payment is received or try to weasel out of fixing problems but Tim was super fast to fix the problem. Would highly recommend
