Paul from Flow Pros did an exceptional job preparing a broken water line connection under the concrete slab of our home. He examined the marked location of the water leak and devised a plan to access the leak through our floor and from the exterior of our home. His professionalism in executing the plan resulted in minor impacts to our floor and exterior. Paul was meticulous, courteous, and did a good job cleaning when he finished his work. Flow Pro’s tech Paul did a great job. He was able to come out same day to stop a leak and coordinate the job fix on my next available time slot. Paul worded tirelessly until the job was complete. He was skilled and personable. Highly recommend

Alex did a great job! Overall; I can’t say if the problem will persists but I had another plumber prior who messed it up completely but Alex came by he explained me every step. He told me what is the issue and fixed it for a very reasonable price. He also gave a few suggestions and then told me if something would come up then what to do next and the approx cost of that. He answered all my questions!

Called Flow Pros Plumbing around 3:30 p.m. and our Technician (Alex) arrived at approximately 7:00 p.m. and he was very professional and easy to talk with. Very happy that I didn't attempt to fix this issue of a clogged line that was affecting the shower and the toilet. We are extremely thankful we called and received same day Technician help.
