Tim I have to give you a Monster Shout Out for installing a new hot water heater in the smallest heater closet ever at my sisters home in Banning, Janet is her name, then installed a new kitchen faucet and then went back to locate a blocked toilet, which required removing her toilet, taking a long cord with camera and finding a gold bracelet lodged way down below, and thank you for the always staying Kate at night to complete the work. I was recommended to this company from Be Happy Hardware in Cherry Valley. Tim was Professional and explained everything thoroughly. My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Called one afternoon and he came out the very next morning. Great service, reasonably priced and provided quick and quality service. I had a bad leak in the outside faucet. Another plumber attempted to fix it and caused another problem. Tim showed up next morning and had it all back to normal in no time. I really appreciate how he was willing to explain everything as he went and answer my questions. Very happy with this company. Definitely will be my go to in the future. Happy with the cost also

2025: this is our Family’s plumbing company. Tim visited, and after careful, patient and methodical surveying, he had action plans to replace our hot water line. They provided 3 options in a detailed estimate, which they emailed at my request. Eventually, the cost of the endeavor was satisfactory. We could have done a complete pipe job, ripping out concrete. We chose new copper pipes above ground, and we think the final job gives our rural house adds a visually appealing industrial style. We are grateful, again, for the work... read more
