I was recommended to this company from Be Happy Hardware in Cherry Valley. Tim was Professional and explained everything thoroughly. My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Called one afternoon and he came out the very next morning. Great service, reasonably priced and provided quick and quality service. I highly recommend and will be using Flow-Pro Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. I also like that this is a family owned business and I am always looking to support local.. Thank you
I had a bad leak in the outside faucet. Another plumber attempted to fix it and caused another problem. Tim showed up next morning and had it all back to normal in no time. I really appreciate how he was willing to explain everything as he went and answer my questions. Very happy with this company. Definitely will be my go to in the future. Happy with the cost also
2025: this is our Family’s plumbing company. Tim visited, and after careful, patient and methodical surveying, he had action plans to replace our hot water line. They provided 3 options in a detailed estimate, which they emailed at my request. Eventually, the cost of the endeavor was satisfactory. We could have done a complete pipe job, ripping out concrete. We had a shower clog issue for the last 5 years. Tim came out right before schedule time. Tim was very professional, clean, and efficient. He did a great job, and we were very happy! I highly recommend and will call again.
