Professional , explanatory and kind . Came in and made repairs on a very old faucet that we had no clue how to fix. Was able to explain exactly what was wrong. Got it done made the appropriate repairs in an exceptionally decent amount of time. Great Job.

Our homeowners insurance required a leak detection/ emergency shut off be installed in our home. Of course it wasn't going to be easy because the main shut off is practically in the street and there is no outlet in sight. Flo-Pro came out and gave a free estimate and were able to get the project scheduled within a week. I was just at Home Depot and was having trouble finding a part. Sometimes people put parts back in the wrong bins so it was taking me a long time to find it. There were two employees standing right next to me and after I asked them about the part they said there should be eight of them and they went on about their business rather than helping me find the part, which just wasn’t there. Highly recommend Flow-Pro. Very friendly guy and provided great service. They are also family owned and operated. And I will always support local. Definitely consider them if you need plumbing needs.
