I was digging a hole and hit the mains. I called 4 plumbers and no would help me. I rang Ross and he said I will be there shortly. He came and fixed the issue in less than 30 mins. He was so helpful and explained everything to me. He's now going to be my regular plumber. The fact that he went out of his way to help me was amazing . Great bloke, honest and yes I would use them again. Thank you for all yr help.
Initially they were contactable pretty good, however, once I raised issues left after they finish work, Levi just disappeared and never responded on my calls. They been hired by property manager to fix some leaks. The vanity unit was still leaking after they changed taps and charged 300 bucks for that. Now I need to get another guy to fix it. So be careful if you need to address issues to them later, highly likely they start ignoring you.
