Dan is a life saver!! Not just a great human but also extremely efficient with his services. He was super calm and friendly in the panicked situation I was in with the pipe bursting / flooding the apartment. He accessed the problem, communicated and fixed the situation very quickly and had a thorough understanding of the incident. Would recommend him and his team without a second thought.

Dan did an excellent job fixing the toilet at my mother-in-law's apartment but what happened the next day was quite amazing. She had a fall around 7.30pm and somehow managed to call Dan while lying on the floor. He contacted her neighbours and an ambulance was called but Dan also went over to her place and stayed with her until the ambulance arrived.
