I went in to have a warranty claim submitted and figured I’d have my brake fluid done while I was there. First, as I waited for my truck, the service person Emily said good news your warranty claim will be covered. I waited on my truck and when I was getting ready to go they told me they’d let me know. I assumed it was about the warranty part. They said no they had to see if it was approved. I said I was told it was approved. They called and told me I had a recall and scheduled an appointment to get fixed. Got there and they couldn't do it because they are not a certified diesel dealer. So I ended up driving to another dealership an extra 30 minutes away to get it fixed.
I go here often for work for parts the lady Jessica is very nice very informative and make sure that I get what I need quickly
Staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!
