Everyone is so nice and makes sure they understand what I mean and they make sure I am updated several times during my visit.
OMG this was the best experience I have had at any Nissan dealership. Friendliness of Karen, Kristine and Jazmin made things so much better. We had to get a new cabin filter and they explained everything and went over pricing and it was flawless. Looking at upgrading in the future and Jazmin went over do many things with us.
Good friendly staff just went in for an alignment seems like the tech didn’t have the steering wheel straight before performing the alignment slightly off.
It was my first experience at Flow Nissan of Statesville, NC. It was great service; staff is very friendly, communicative and efficient with the services I needed and the ones they recommended to do!
