Holly is like a magician or a pain whisperer. I came to see her for a number of niggling problems that have been plaguing me for year; TMJ, tight hips etc. Her personalised approach is intuative and consultative, and her knowledge and genuine understanding of the mechanics of the human body is mind blowing. Holly is a brilliant and intuitive practitioner who helped me entirely resolve my lifelong knee pain issues that always came up after dancing, and also taught me ways to prevent future setbacks into back pain by learning to articulate through all my low back joints properly. I have recommended her to many people! She is kind, welcoming, and non-threatening and body-positive which is important to me as a larger dancer.
