Mazda did my maintenance. It was easy to schedule. They worked within my limitations. The staff is very helpful. Good people to work with, they answer all my questions, when ever I drop by.
Since I have a Mazda I'm limited where I can take it for service, but Flow has usually done things right, I can't say that I've had a issue. Do I think the prices are high,sure, but what isn't! I just feel better having them take care of it
I have had great experiences with Flow Mazda Service. I’ve been here for routine maintenance and VA safety inspections and have received wonderful customer service, better than other Mazda dealers where I lived previously. The waiting area is comfortable with free Wifi, coffee, and water.
Ray and James were terrific to work with and reached out with a great offer on a lightly used 2025 Mazda 3 turbo. When we arrived, we received extremely personalized service. The car was ready for our appointment, nicely detailed, and gassed up. No drama the paperwork and very little up-selling, even when taken into the finance office. I would definitely buy from these folks again.
Went to get some keys made for my daughter's car I had lost,from the time I walk in the staff where. Friendly and helpful, they told they did have that key for my daughter's 96 mazda miata told me they would have in couple days less then 24 hrs called said they had keys in Thanks guys great help on keeping me safe from daughter John L. 6/5/25
