I went to Joan because my right hip was aching at night. She did an assessment, and found that one hip was higher than the other, so she concentrated the stretches on hip opening and adjustment, and straightened me out. After a few questions, Joan determined it was the way I was sitting on my couch at night watching TV that was getting my hips out of whack. She suggested a different way of sitting. It has been two days, and I have no more pain in my hip.

Joan has the magic touch. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and after a 15 minute session with her my pain was gone. I highly recommend Joan and stretching. Including her as part of my health routine is improving my quality of life.
I had hurt my arm in a fall, and in one session of stretch therapy, my arm adjusted and no longer hurts. Joan is very thorough and takes the time to listen and understand your needs and preferences.
