Flow Lexus in Greensboro NC is the worst place to get service. I have tried several times to be patient and overlook some of their flaws for the last 2 years. I just can't deal with them any longer. I have had to return back to them when the service dept. failed to put the sticker in the windshield that shows mileage and next service/mikes...The service dept. sets the next maintenance miles wrong. Buying a new Lexus here was a disappointment. I was repeatedly misled about the validity of my temporary tags and the status of my plates, documents contained repeated errors, and financing was mishandled — lowering my credit score. No apologies, no accountability, and managers often unavailable. The only positive was Joe, who tried to help and answer my questions.
The service department advise me on how to correct an issue without having to bring my Lexus in to the shop.
