Service department is clown town. Dropped car off for an oil change, car sat for 1 hr 15 minutes and the hadn’t even moved into a bay yet. Service rep said it would be another hour before starting. What’s the purpose of a service appointment? Separately, brought our GX in for an oil change and they did not torque the oil filter cover back on, fell off on the road after leaving! Lexus is reliable, this dealership is not!
Flow Lexus in Greensboro NC is the worst place to get service. I have tried several times to be patient and overlook some of their flaws for the last 2 years. I just can't deal with them any longer. I have had to return back to them when the service dept. failed to put the sticker in the windshield that shows mileage and next service/mikes...The service dept. sets the next maintenance miles wrong.
