Service department is clown town. Dropped car off for an oil change, car sat for 1 hr 15 minutes and the hadn’t even moved into a bay yet. Service rep said it would be another hour before starting. What’s the purpose of a service appointment? Separately, brought our GX in for an oil change and they did not torque the oil filter cover back on, fell off on the road after leaving! Lexus is reliable, this dealership is not!
