I completed my Level 1 Breathwork Instructor Course last week, and it was so much more than just learning how to hold space or facilitate group and one-on-one sessions. It was an incredible retreat and a deeply transformational experience. I’m not the same person I was when I first walked into that room. I’m now in a much better mental and emotional space.
