I was looking to explore breathwork, as a practitioner and facilitator. After much searching, my partner came across Flow Institute Australia - Jackie & Timmy. The facilitators Timmy & Jac were warm and welcoming, instantly making you feel at ease. The course was well structured and flowed beautifully, with plenty of breaks to keep the energy balanced. I really appreciated the ongoing support and networks that have been set up for guidance after the course. Highly recommend.
Jackie and Timmy are incredibly grounded and knowledgeable when it comes to teaching breathwork and holding space. Forever grateful for my experience in level 1 instructor training. If you are even remotely considering it - go for it!!
What an incredible journey! I cannot recommend Flow Institute Australia more highly. Jackie and Timmy are incredible partitioners, thoughtful teachers and present mentors. Every stage of the training was intentional and there was so much hands-on practice which not only made me feel prepared but also gave me a deep understanding of what my clients may be experiencing. I can't wait to share breathwork!
