I had a great massage with Tim last week. He brings a beautiful energy and calm to his treatment and incorporated elements of breathwork towards the end of the treatment. He incorporates a mixture of kahuna and relaxation massage, which is just what the body and soul needed. Highly recommend 👌🏼 🙏🏼
Honestly had the most incredible 6 days training with Jackie and Timmy to become a level one breathwork instructor. I never considered how powerful this work is, and am going to be eternally grateful for having jumped in to this field. Flow institute is an incredible team of humans who simply want everyone to live as fulfilled as possible. I can’t wait to do more with these guys - if you haven’t tried breathwork with them, I would recommend it to every single person I meet. Love love love.
