If I could give negative stars, I would. Low Illusion Music completely scammed me and my friend. We bought car electronics and a tint service from them — all of it was fake or poorly done. When we called to discuss it, the owner cursed and insulted us like it was our fault. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. Never again.

I regret ever trusting Flow Illusion Music. I bought a remote starter and stereo system from them and both turned out to be counterfeit junk. My friend also got his car wrapped and tinted through them, and the job was absolutely horrible. When we called to complain, the owner cursed us out instead of fixing the issue. Completely unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. Don’t waste your money here.

This is hands down one of the worst businesses in Dorchester. Low Illusion Music sells cheap knockoffs and pretends they’re quality products. My car starter and stereo were both fake, and the tint job was awful. The owner was extremely rude when I called, cursing me out instead of helping. They scam people — beware.

Do not trust Low Illusion Music! I got their info through a recommendation, and it was a huge mistake. Everything they installed was fake — from the car starter to the stereo and tint. When I tried to address the problem, the owner humiliated me on the phone and refused to fix anything. Terrible experience, rude attitude, and zero accountability.
