First off, it's Honda - torque converter on 2018 Ridgeline went bad with 96k miles. Completely covered (parts & labor) under extended warranty. Other work I had done; brakes, alignment, new spark plugs - all excellent work and at very reasonable parts & labor prices! I was surprised how reasonable it was. And finally, the staff - very nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. Will definitely be returning again. Thank you Flow Honda Servie of Statesville!
Flow Honda Service of Statesville is absolutely wonderful. They take care of my vehicles with care and clear communication. I always feel welcome and know I can trust them to give me appropriate recommendations for my vehicle, but not push me into making decisions. I’ve been so pleased with their work and would recommend anyone with a Honda to take your vehicle to them.
I bought a car from Flow one year ago and brought it in today for an oil change and state inspection. What a nice surprise that the oil change was covered and they were able to do my recall work also! Bryan was very helpful and courteous.
Never could "duplicate" the problem, charged me $170 for a diagnostic test and I got nothing.
