We were charged $2200 for a “green” report and never received the results. Punch list was never finished and we never received the roof warranty.
Wow! If you are looking to do any type of home building or repair you HAVE to use Flow Homes. First off, Lisa is one of the kindest, most generous person I have met. She is there very step of the way and always willing to answer questions/concerns and give you peace of mind. She goes above and beyond in making sure your home custom to your needs. Flow Homes has that wow factor you are looking for.
Built a Beautiful home but has horrible communication, never did complete our punch list after the house was done, bad planning and when I came down to it, does not care about customer. Never gave the final change orders after saying multiple times they would. Wants to make sure customer does not have communication with subs to be able to upcharge the customer, with this actually being said directly from one of their subs.
