They do covid testing on a ground floor. It was smelly and I noticed lots of roaches. Health place should be very clean, where is the city.
When you can find it, the place was great. It is NEXT DOOR TO a small five floor apartment building. If you come from Second Avenue, you will find it easily. If you come from Third Avenue, you will be as confused as I was since it is NEXT door to the apartment on the ground floor. There is no sign on the door of the apartment building instructing people to go next door.
