I've been seeing Dr. Botsford, ND, for many years. She takes the time to listen to all your concerns. She takes a comprehensive medical history, and provides care that fits your lifestyle! I cannot thank her enough for everything she has helped me with, especially my digestive health. The front end staff at Flow are always very helpful! I never have any issues with billing or getting my supplements. The clinic is very transparent about the fee structure and everything.
I cannot recommend Dr Lutz highly enough. After struggling with gastrointestinal issues since 2017, I finally found the help I desperately needed. For years, I saw multiple family doctors and a gastroenterologist who prescribed anti-nausea and antidiarrheal medications that’s never really addressed my problems. Can’t say enough good things about Flow. They’re so accommodating and kind. I’ve been with them for 4-5 years now and I trust them over many other care providers that I have seen over the last few years. Thanks to the whole team for being amazing!
I worked at Flow for almost 3 years. The doctors are a wealth of knowledge and obviously I have my favourites. It used to be one of my favourite places to be. You’re very lucky to get Dr. Passy, Dr. Paradis, Dr. Hoskins and Dr. Lutz. If you need a Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Jeannotte NP is the best. If you need a Counsellor, you can’t go wrong with Kim Fontaine. I loved working there. I hope they figure out the front end situations.
Dr. Botsford has a wealth of knowledge that is combined with genuine concern and compassion. It is a gift to leave an appointment feeling both supported and cared for but also empowered and hopeful. I am so thankful for Dr. Botsford and Flow!
