I worked at Flow for almost 3 years. The doctors are a wealth of knowledge and obviously I have my favourites. It used to be one of my favourite places to be. You’re very lucky to get Dr. Passy, Dr. Paradis, Dr. Hoskins and Dr. Lutz. If you need a Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Jeannotte NP is the best. If you need a Counsellor, you can’t go wrong with Kim Fontaine. I loved working there. I hope they figure out the front end situations.
Dr. Botsford has a wealth of knowledge that is combined with genuine concern and compassion. It is a gift to leave an appointment feeling both supported and cared for but also empowered and hopeful. I am so thankful for Dr. Botsford and Flow!
I had a great experience seeing Dr. Paradis over a year ago. I initially came in for a combination of symptoms to which she gave great insight. Through education and some habit changes, I began to feel those symptoms improve, and continued to visit for other issues I hadn’t given much attention to previously, like natural ways of resolving seasonal allergies. Amazing clinic with an exceptional team! You feel welcome the moment you walk through the doors and the Drs are very knowledgeable and thorough. After years of being rushed out of doctor appointments and not feeling like my concerns were being heard, I truly appreciated the time Dr Passy spent to actually understand the full picture and provide meaningful recommendations.
