Amy's yoga class was awesome! also loved how easy street parking was, front desk staff was super friendly, and the facility was very clean and welcoming.
Liz Bake is an amazing instructor. Her energy is incredible, the music is always motivating, and every class feels both challenging and rewarding. Beyond the training itself, her vibe truly stands out, she creates such a positive and uplifting environment. I genuinely love going to Flow Fitness barre classes in Fremont because of her. i had such a great experience at Flow Fitness! The gym is super clean and well taken care of, and the cycle class i took was amazing. Erin, the instructor, was so sweet, she took the time to explain everything since it was my first time, and made sure i was all set before class started. I have been a member at flow fitness foe almost 7 years now. I love the group fitness classes and the gym facilities are better than any other gym in the neighborhood!
⚠️ Warning: Predatory Auto-Enrollment Practices Be very cautious before signing up for any free trial here. What started as a free trial silently converted into a monthly membership — with no confirmation, no warning, and no communication whatsoever.
