I primarily come for the cycle classes. Every single instructor I've had the pleasure of taking a class with has been fantastic! The classes are customizable, challenging, and most of all, FUN! Something I really appreciate about the instructors here is that they are empowering and conscientious. I've never heard any of them say anything during a class about getting swimsuit bodies or "earning" food, which is sadly something I've encountered at other studios. Nice enough gym and instructor. This seems petty but is a really big deal to me: I gave them my phone number with the understanding that they would text if a class was cancelled. I then got a marketing text. I called and explained that was not okay and not what I had agreed to. I was again assured that I was on the no text list. I just got another marketing text. Love the community and the trainers - especially Danielle, Victoria and AJ! They are super clear, motivating and helpful.
Amy's yoga class was awesome! also loved how easy street parking was, front desk staff was super friendly, and the facility was very clean and welcoming.
