Started a yoga class yesterday and realized my body just doesn't bend certain ways. Had my first visit to Flow Cryothearpy today and realized it's gonna be okay. I'm reset and ready for yoga again.

Great first visit! Showed up without an appointment and had our session and gone in under 30 min. We have appointments for tonight and are considering an unlimited package. If you are undecided about this process I suggest you drop in for a visit. I think you will like the results!
