I called 2 days ago about my hot water heater. No one returned my call. They are shown on as a preferred provider per the manufacturer recommendation.
Our builder set up an appointment due to our toilet being damaged during a floor replacement. Sean came out and found that our other toilet was damaged as well and was easily able to fix it. Sean did an awesome job and was very kind and respectful. 10/10 recommend!! 🌟
They don't answer their phones and don't return calls. Not impressed at all.
We have gotten service twice from Flow Control and have recieved excellent service and courteous personnel our questions were answered above and beyond what we asked. We highly recommend their services and will use them again if necessary.
