I am extremely impressed with the flow team services. The team was very professional, helpful and friendly, they took a lot of attention to detail and went above and beyond my expectations. They are super dependable, dedicated and have a wonderful staff as well as amazing flexibility and communication. I highly recommend this company they will not disappoint you !

I hired this company for a move-in clean and was told upfront that, due to an 8-hour maximum (4 hours per cleaner), they might not be able to complete everything on my priority list. That's a reasonable policy, and I appreciated the transparency. Unfortunately, the actual results fell well short of my expectations. The bathroom was spotless, but the kitchen needed additional cleaning afterward, and none of the other rooms appeared to have been touched—not even a basic sweep.
