Nothing but amazing experience. Jeremy is very knowledgeable about the PIOH process and procedures. He took his time and explained in detail the "purge" process and what each items that was coming out of my liver and colon. He also gave me advice on what to eat and what to avoid eating. I advise everyone to give Flow by PIOH a try.
