I scheduled a service appointment for my 2022 GMC Sierra 2500HD at 10:30 AM specifically for a front-end alignment. I took time off work and drove approximately 30 minutes to your dealership in Fayetteville, expecting the appointment that I had confirmed. When I arrived, I was informed that your service department could not perform the alignment because my truck was “too big.” This is completely unacceptable.
