Service requires an appointment. You schedule an appointment and arrive then you’re told it will actually be hours before a technician touches your vehicle. Maybe be upfront when customers schedule “appointments”.
Waited 4 hours for brake pads to be changed for my 8:30am appointment. Also, the lounge has terrible internet so if you’re going to wait, go to a coffee shop or something.
