Been going for 6 weeks. Starting to feel easier. Armand is a great coach. Doesn’t let me cut corners but also patient and encouraging.
Excellent atmosphere! my children disguise the pain but love the gain! Coach is awesome each & every class, Coach is great at multitasking while being passionate and giving his undivided attention with each student. May I add our clothes are fitting better

Coach Armand is awesome, he's great with the youth as well adults. He's been training my 8yr old son for a few weeks now and my son enjoys working with him.
